Like so many hospitality venues, including ones that we have operated, so much depends upon the culture of the individual staff, and some of the team were outstanding whilst others demonstrated their arrogance So we had good and bad experience.

Eu fui aqui paçar uns dias porque tinha de trabalar ao pé do ramada, é um wotele deçente para o preço, gostei do pequeno almosso, mas os ovos mexidos estavam muito homidos, mas comiasse, só no primeiro dia ouve ananas nas frutas e eu gosto de ananas para comer de manha porque não enche mas alimenta, gostei dos folhados em miniatura, esspecialmente a politana ou napolitana , não sei, mas tinha chocolate no sentro, o O mamada by windhame fica perto do metro e da A1, dá pra ir para outros sitios bem rapidinho, mas não acoselho a acelarar na A1, pq tinve um primo meu de lhe deu de gás lá, e ficou enfiado num daqueles paineis de publicidade, era da calzedonia ou da benecar não me lembro ao certo, tambem não gostava dele, mamava me sempre o paté de atum no natal, cá se fazem cá se pagam, de qualquer das formas achei o hotel very naice. I went here to spend a few days because I had to work near the ramada, it's a decent place for the price, I liked the small lunch, but the scrambled eggs were very wet, but I ate it, only on the first day do you hear pineapple in the fruit and I like it of pineapple to eat in the morning because it's not filling but nourishing, I liked the miniature puff pastries, especially the politana or napolitana, I don't know, but there was chocolate in the corner, O mamada by windhame is close to the metro and the A1, you can go to other places very quickly, but I don't advise you to speed up on the A1, because a cousin of mine gave him gas there, and he got stuck in one of those advertising panels, it was from Calzedonia or Benecar, I don't remember exactly, I didn't like him either , I always had tuna pâté at Christmas, they make it here and pay for it, in any case I found the hotel to be very nice.

Stayed at this beautiful hotel for an overnight stay before heading back to the US and I’m glad we chose this hotel due to its close proximity to the airport and public transportation. A very convenient location for a long or short stay . The room was very clean and neat and had the necessary amenities. Such as the hot water kettle, tea and coffee , a safe and shampoo and hand soap. As you walk in to the hotel , you are greeted by the front office personnel who are extremely friendly and courteous. The lady who helped us was very helpful in recommending places to eat and shopping. Her recommendations were very helpful to say the least . I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who may want to stay here. Free WiFi . Restaurant. Fitness room, lounge area to unwind. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next visit.

Decent hotel on the outskirts of the city centre

Just returned from a 5 night stay in Lisbon. The hotel is on the outskirts of the city centre and about 3km from the airport. The first room we were given smelt of smoke very badly even though it is a no smoking hotel. Reception were very accomodating and assigned us with another room straight away. The staff were all great. Special shout out to Phillipe in the bar. He mixed up great cocktails for me and a variery of smoked whiskeys and brandys for my partner every night. I am Vegan so breakfast was as anticipated with limited options. That didn't bother me so much as I am not much of a breakfast person. One criticism is that the whilst it is a buffet the food was always lukewarm. One morning I waited until the baked beans were just replaced hoping that it had just come from the kitchen and would be piping hotbut it was just as cold as the other food that had been out on display for some time. I spent my Birthday at the hotel and the room was decorated beautifully when i returned from breakfast. Thanks to the housekeepers and my partner. All in all a great stay and i would return

Shower is not good

Excellent location, but not worth the price. The shower is awful, water pressure is too low, cannot shower properly. Nowhere to place your shampoo and conditioning in the shower too, can only put them on the shower floor. No shower curtains, only a cover that only covers a part of the shower so the bathroom floor will be completely wet after every shower. The design of this hotel is funny, water pressure for shower is too low but too strong for the sink that you could get water splashing back to your face when you turn the tap on. The toilet next to the meeting room at 2nd floor is strange too, as the toilet paper is located far away from the loo, and you would not be able to reach the toilet paper after you finish your business. It’s always stuffy in the lift and conference room. The design for seats and tables in meeting room are not very thoughtful too, tables not flat, and no cup holders, no where to place you cup of water or coffee during your meeting. No robe, no slippers, no hair conditioning and no toothbrush toothpaste provided in the room. In summary, doesnt feel like a 4-star hotel.
